Privacy policy

1. Who is responsible

The data controller is Joan Alexis Guevara Jaramillo, Pereira, Risaralda, Colombia. Contact: gotulinkcom@gmail.com.

2. What data we collect

Account: name, email and profile photo when you sign in with Google or with an email link.

Your business: business name, type, WhatsApp number, page address and everything you publish on your page (texts, photos, logo).

Payments: your card or Nequi is saved and charged by Wompi (Bancolombia). We never see or store your full card number; we only keep the brand and last 4 digits to show them to you.

Usage: technical data needed to run the service (IP address, browser, pages visited in your workspace) and cookies for your session, language and appearance.

Advertising: on gotulink.com and during sign-up we use the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok pixels to measure our own ads. They may use cookies; you can limit them in your browser and in those platforms' settings.

Your page's statistics: we count visits and WhatsApp button clicks on each page, without storing personal data of visitors.

3. What we use it for

To create and keep your page online, let you edit it and show it to your visitors.

To charge your subscription, send you receipts, reminders and important notices about your account.

To give you support and improve the service.

To send you news about the service, only if you don't object. You can unsubscribe anytime.

4. Data your visitors leave on your page

When a visitor fills out the contact form on your page, you are responsible for that data and GoTuLink handles it on your behalf only to deliver it to you. You must use it only to reply to that person and respect their rights.

If you connect your own Meta or TikTok pixels, those platforms receive information about visits to your page (visits, WhatsApp clicks and forms sent) under your account and their terms. You are responsible for that use and for informing your visitors.

5. Who we share it with

Only with providers needed to run the service: Wompi (payments), Supabase (database), Render (servers), Resend (emails), Google (sign-in), and Meta and TikTok (measurement of our ads). Some of them store data in the United States, with adequate security measures. We never sell your data.

6. Your rights

You can know, update, correct and delete your data, request proof of your authorization, revoke it and file complaints with the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce (SIC).

Write to gotulinkcom@gmail.com. We answer inquiries within 10 business days and claims within 15 business days, as provided by law.

7. How long we keep it

While your account is active and afterwards for the time required by law (accounting and tax records are kept for at least 5 years).

8. Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), row-level access controls in the database and the minimum access needed. No system is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.

9. Changes

If we change this policy, we will publish the new version here and notify you by email when the change is important.
