Terms of service

1. The service

GoTuLink lets you create, edit and publish a web page for your business at an address like your-business.gotulink.com, with WhatsApp buttons, a contact form and other tools.

2. Free trial and subscription

New accounts get 7 free days. To start, you save a card or Nequi; nothing is charged during the trial.

When the trial ends, the plan you chose is charged automatically (Basic COP 39,900/month or Pro COP 79,900/month, or their yearly versions) and renews every period until you cancel. Prices include all charges; we don't add VAT.

We'll remind you by email before the first charge. Charges may appear on your statement under the name of our payment processor (Wompi) or our merchant name.

3. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel anytime from “My plan” with one click. Your page stays online until the end of the period you already paid for and you won't be charged again.

If you cancel during the free trial, nothing is charged.

Right of withdrawal (Law 1480 of 2011): you may withdraw within 5 business days after a charge by writing to gotulinkcom@gmail.com, and we'll refund that payment.

Outside that window, paid periods are not refunded proportionally.

If your plan ends, your page goes offline but we keep it (text, photos, address and leads) for 6 months. You can reactivate it from “My plan” and get it back exactly as it was. After 6 months we may delete it.

4. Failed payments

If a charge fails, we'll retry it. Your page stays online for 7 days; after that it is paused until the payment goes through, and it is reactivated automatically.

5. Your content

You own everything you publish and you are responsible for it: it must be true, legal, and respect third-party rights (images, trademarks, data).

You authorize GoTuLink to host and display it in order to provide the service. We may remove content that is illegal, fraudulent, offensive or that violates these terms.

6. Acceptable use

It's not allowed to use the service for scams, illegal products or services, spam, malware or to impersonate other people or companies.

7. Availability and liability

We work to keep your page online all the time, but there may be interruptions for maintenance or causes beyond our control.

GoTuLink's liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 3 months. We are not responsible for lost profits or for the business relationship between you and your clients.

8. Changes

We may update these terms or prices. We'll notify you by email at least 15 days in advance; if you don't agree, you can cancel before the change applies.
